Where can I find affordable, stylish, plus sized maternity clothing?
Date: Friday, March 5th, 2010 at 6:35 am
I have been looking everywhere and can’t find much at all. Alot of the clothing I find makes me look like an old cow. I am currently 17 weeks and usually fit into a normal size 20. I’m only 24 and I want to look it. Alot of the clothes I find are something a 50 year old would wear. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
Old navy maybe, thats where i plan on going cuz its cheap lol

Ebay, look for a local consignment shop-they sometimes have super cute stuff at really good prices, Target, maybe Old Navy, maybe JCPenny.

Motherhood Maternity has some pretty cute stuff, some of it is a bit expensive but it’s worth it, some "grow" with you by having expanders in them. You can also check out their clearance.
Walmart is always an obvious choice for cheaper clothing, especially comfy, bum around clothes when you are further along.
Fashionbug.com also used to carry lots of cute maternity stuff, but they only sell them online now, so you could check out their stock. You can always find coupons for that store too.
Good luck!

Try Oldnavy.com There marernity clothes are wonderful and i know they have "bigger sizes" i love there sales. Also do you have a torrid in your mall, if so you can go in there and ask they and they should be able to advise you on where you can find stores close to you.

I found Oldnavy.com was great for jeans, blouses and t-shirts. I was a size 20-22 before I got pregnant and the maternity XXL and size 20 fit me great. Unfortunately, they only have a handful of stores that carry maternity and even those have very limited selection so you’re stuck with lots of internet shopping. However they do have free return shipping for anything that doesn’t fit.

Motherhood Maternity or Old Navy Maternity online. I was the same size as you when I got preggo and was also the same age. Those places are where I did all my shopping. Old Navy is cheaper. Motherhood had some really cute jeans and pants though. Congratulations!!!
Also, a lot of Old Navy locations either do not have at all, or only have limited maternity items. I did a lot of shopping online with them.

Motherhood Maternity is my favorite. I know not all of their stores have the plus size items but if you check online, their site has a really good selection. I like their jeans a lot, with the Secret Fit Belly.
Lane Bryant used to have some maternity clothes but it doesn’t look like they have them anymore.
