I have a 37" inseam and am pretty thin (26 or 27-inch waist, depending). I would really like to find tights that fit me, but I’m pretty sure that even when a store says that their tights are "tall" sized, they mean people with a 34" or 35" inseam. I’m aware that my legs are insanely and annoyingly long.
So I’m wondering what the best size to buy tights in might be. Also, could I maybe get plus-sized tights, or are those made larger around, not just stretchier?
The last time I bought tights, I bought them a size up from what the back of the box said I should be wearing (I’m 5′8 and 120 lbs), and the crotch still went very close to my knees.
I am your same height and weight. I had the same problem growing up. You need tall length stockings/tights. Try getting your tights from this site.They specialize in tall girls/womens clothing and accessories. It is a British company, but they ship to the U.S

Also, Target has tall length stockings and tights. It’ll say "tall" on the package…just look on the back to make sure their measurments fit your other measurements like waist. Though, I wear a small/medium Tall!!
Used would be good too. Trying to save money. Not much of a selection at the 2nd hand stores. Walmart had a very very small section of maternity. I’m trying to be frugal.
I have had the best luck at Old Navy and Motherhood Maternity. Old Navy is a lot better in price than Motherhood. Also, a lot of regular plus sized stores carry a lot of the "pheasant" style tops that work perfect on pregnant women. I would scope out the places that you normally shop for your clothes for tops, and then go to Old Navy and Motherhood Maternity for the pants.
I have a very hard time finding things that fit me properly, whether is be clothing or under wear or swimsuits. I am 4′ 11" and 115lbs. My waist size is 26inches but I wear a 36DD bra and that was just the way God made me. Every time i search for large bust clothing items I get directed to plus size apparel sites. I’m not fat I just have huge hooters. Please help, I want to wear nice things that don’t fit like potato sacks.
I wear a 38DD, so I feel ya sister. I buy my lingerie from Gigi’s Closet or Lingerie Diva. At Lingerie Diva, I always get the XL, even though my waist is a lot smaller, but everything always seems to fit fine. Babydolls are supposed to have an empire waist, and corsets allow for you to cinch the garment in at the waist by yourself. I suggest checking out those types of lingerie. Gigi’s Closet caters to women with larger breasts, and they even have a DD+ department.

Of, so I was looking at pictures of plus sized models. Now, there’s one who is 5′3" 210 lbs, measurements (in inches) 48-43-53 and she wears a size 18. (I assume US, but if it’s English than this makes even LESS sense) Now there is another one that is almost 5′11" 211 lbs, measurements (in inches) 45-35-45 and also wears a US size 18. No somebody tell me, how the hell does this work?
yes, I know there is a difference in height, but that shouldn’t make a difference because one woman’s hip measurement is 45, the other is 53. THE SHORTER ONE IS LARGER. the waist on the taller one is 35 inches, while the shorter has a 43 inch waist. That is a HUGE 8 inch difference. Correct me if I’m wrong, but The waist in one size of pants only goes so large. For example, a size 2 is always going to be 34-24-34, no matter how tall you are.

I have been looking everywhere and can’t find much at all. Alot of the clothing I find makes me look like an old cow. I am currently 17 weeks and usually fit into a normal size 20. I’m only 24 and I want to look it. Alot of the clothes I find are something a 50 year old would wear. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
