I like to have my Avatar somewhat resemble me, so I pick the plus size outfits. There is not a big selection there. Whats up with that?
It’s the same reason you almost never see an overweight comic book or manga character. The idealized form for a man or woman is never overweight. I am overweight too, and I have noticed the same thing that you have.
Like leggings and skirts and Bermuda shorts the plaid kind and pants wit no pockets on the back and cute shirts

It is also split into categories (casual, swimwear, accessories, formal…etc). This site should keep you busy all day spending money haha.

I am going to a 6 pm wedding tomorrow and have no idea what to wear. I am plus sized, so I want to wear something that will flatter my figure. The wedding is at a church. The invitation did not say "formal" dress, so I would not think that evening wear would be appropriate. (We are in the south and usually "formal dress" is listed on the invitation if they want you to do an evening gown and tux.) I have a chocolate brown dress that has a faux wrap top and is knee length. It is short sleeved, so I could do a cardigan or something with it. I have cute little kitten heels that would go and some pretty brown and gold dressy jewelry. Is this ok or is it too casual? I also have a long black skirt and some black heels, but don’t really have a dressy top. Could I wear black? My funds (and time) are limited so I don’t want to have to do a lot of shopping. Also, we are driving over 2 hours to the wedding, so I want something that will travel relatively well. Thanks!
Don’t wear black. It’s funeral-y, and i think that when plus size women wear black, it looks like they’re wearing black to make themselves look thinner, I’m a larger girl too, and I hate wearing black because of that.
But yeah, the brown dress sounds good. I wouldn’t wear brown and gold jewelry though. The gold is good, but brown will make it too monochromatic. Wear just gold, or some kind of turquiose or something, or pink, brightly colored shoes would be good to just to add some color and interest tothe outfit.
I am looking for plus sized maternity clothes. Any ideas? I am not looking to pay $80 for a single top. I am on a budget here…

Target was wayyyy too expensive for me! I went to Wal-mart and just looked in the plus size area, since their maternity sections are only like 2-3 racks!!
Hopefully you live in a well populated area. I had 4 Wal-Marts within a 10 mile proximity, and I just went from one to the other since they all carry different things.
That and I went to the men’s section!! I think I actually only bought 2 things that were actual maternity clothes… Everything else was just a couple sizes larger, etc.
